Mike's A Train to Potevka is available through most bookstores, particularly those in the Intermountain area. It can also be purchased on this website (see below). 

If purchased online, the book is $10.00, a savings of 1/3 off the retail price.  There is a charge of $3.50 for shipping (media mail) within the continental United States.  Mike will personalize each book per your request.
